Welcome! I work with clients who are struggling to align their thoughts and actions with their values, folks who feel stuck in relationships or are seeking deeper connection to themselves and the world around them. My approach is warm, direct, and casual, you'll like me if you appreciate dark humor, "realness", and a collaborative therapeutic experience.
As a relational therapist and intimate partner violence specialist, my work has primarily focused on relationship fulfillment and security. I have extensive experience working with clients struggling with emotional instability, anxiety, and trauma, applying a neuroscience informed lens to engaging and collaborative cognitive and somatic interventions.
I proudly identify as a queer and neurodivergent clinician, and welcome clients from all walks of life. I am in the process of obtaining both EMDR and Sex Therapist certifications and offer a non-judgmental, trauma-informed space to explore sexual health related challenges.
