I work with kids (3-10), adolescents/teens, and adults. Teen and adult clients typically work with me to address trauma-related beliefs (“I’m not worthy”, “It’s not safe to be myself”), low self-worth, addiction, dissociation (“spacing out”), identity exploration, and difficulty regulating overpowering emotions. I use Child Centered Play Therapy in my work with kids to address a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, life changes, attention difficulties/ADHD, big emotions, and aggression.
I use experiential methods like EMDR, IFS, and somatics to address the impacts of trauma and increase your ability to be present in your life. I specialize in working with AuDHD folks and providing queer/trans informed and affirming care. I have additional training in treating adults with dissociative disorders (DID, OSDD) and in Child Centered Play Therapy.
My approach is depathologizing, intersectional, trauma-informed, and contextualizes your experience within the impact of systemic stressors. I take a relational approach to therapy and foster trust with clients by emphasizing authenticity and mutuality. We will go at the pace that’s right for you while pushing your growth edges.
