Have you ever felt so low that the thought of even getting up was exhausting? Felt like you had no control over your day? Or felt so much yet were unable to know why or how to appropriately have those emotions? Yet, here you are taking the first step. I can’t even imagine how big of a step that may be for you, but I’m proud of you for that. My role exists so that I can help people accept their reality and guide them towards what actually matters within their own lives by using compassion and acceptance.
I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a client-centered approach in order to guide you towards who you want to be by understanding yourself and embracing yourself. The “good”, the “bad”, and the “meh” because we all have it, we just need some tools on how to live with it.
I strive to provide a safe environment where clients feel heard, understood, and seen. You’ve already made it this far. So, when you’re ready to understand your behaviors, emotions, and thoughts, I’m here and ready. My goal is to work collaboratively with you on what YOU want. Call or email in order to start living the most authentic version of you.
