Teen Wellness Group

Teens face a lot of different challenges along the way in their high school journeys including: academic challenges, social stressors, family conflicts, difficulties with self-esteem and more. During virtual group sessions we will: *Openly talk about and explore important topics such as anxiety, depression, executive functioning, peer issues and other mental health challenges *Build invaluable social and emotional skills, mindfulness skills and positive coping skills * Improve upon positive self-esteem development *Build a safe and supportive community. Most importantly, teens will feel seen, heard, and validated by other teens who can relate to the struggles they are facing.
