Alexia specializes in couple and family therapy and strives to help people strengthen their relationships by improving communication and family functioning. Alexia also addresses other issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, childhood abuse, trauma, self-esteem issues, and grief.
Alexia works with children, teenagers, and adults. Alexia utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Gottman Methods Couples Therapy.
