I am a Licensed Master Social Worker specializing in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and safety planning. I have 10 years of experience working with individuals to treat various forms of abuse, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and PTSD. I also have experience working with youth and adults with autism.
I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. I utilize cognitive behavior therapy, internal family systems, brainspotting, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
