Hi everyone! I enjoy working with those who have or are currently experiencing unhealthy thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may require facilitating change. My true calling is working with adolescents and adults who are facing mental health hardships such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem issues, and suicidal ideation. Additionally, I work with individuals facing relationship issues, life transitions, and other major psychiatric diagnosis, as well as those in the Latin community.
Seeking therapy may not always be easy, but it can truly be life-changing when navigating hardships with the proper support. My goal as a therapist is to provide that level of support by providing a safe space that allows you to process your thoughts and normalize what you may be going through.
