I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience. I empower the whole person by guiding you in the goal-defining process and helping you move through the "problem loop" to a definite solution. I provide care for anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, career issues, depression, divorce, infidelity, trauma, multicultural issues, racial identity, stress-related issues, and women’s issues. Through EMDR, I’ll introduce you to your brain's ability to heal itself from trauma. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling at Dallas Baptist University.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), faith-based techniques, Christian counseling, cognitive reprocessing, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and multicultural counseling.
