I am a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience working with adult clients and couples. I started my professional career as a Licensed Psychologist in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I earned my PhD. After immigrating to the US, I completed a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Miami, which eventually allowed me to obtain my license to practice in CT.
I have received clinical training in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Systems.
I use an integrative approach to therapy based on humanistic and person-centered principles. To support you in your journey, I use evidence-based interventions grounded in current research on mental health and neuroscience.
