It's so nice to meet you. I'm Alexandria and I would be honored to walk with you on this journey to being the most full and authentic version of yourself. Maybe you're single, or you're dealing with issues as a couple. I primarily work with adults and couples to address anxiety, ADHD, pregnancy related depression/anxiety, and relationship issues. I specialize in working clients with marginalized/oppressed identities including: LGBTQ+ identity, non-monogamy/polyamory, kink, and non-traditional spiritual practices.
I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and believe that the most effective therapy is collaborative between client and clinician. We will always focus on your goals for yourself, I am just the guide.
