I work with adults and couples to address anxiety, ADHD, religious trauma, infertility/ pregnancy related depression/anxiety, and relationship issues. I specialize in working clients with marginalized and oppressed identities including: LGBTQ+ identity, non-monogamy/polyamory, kink, and non-traditional spiritual practices from a trauma informed lens.
I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and believe that the most effective therapy is collaborative between client and clinician. We will always focus on your goals for yourself, I am just the guide.
