I believe it is my job to help hold you accountable to your goals and making progress, providing harsh truths when necessary, while also understanding real barriers that may be getting in your way and making you feel supported. My goal is for you to see changes in your real life based on our work. I frequently work with LGBTQ+ individuals, OCD, and eating disorders/ disordered eating. I take both couples and individuals over 14. I look forward to working with you!
I offer eclectic therapy, utilizing interventions you connect with. I often use IFS/ parts work as well as CBT, DBT, ERP, and a variety of other modalities. I have engaged in over 125 training hours this year to bring you new and fresh information you can understand.
