Helping individuals explore the mind–body connection is something I am deeply passionate about. The human mind is powerful, yet the thoughts and feelings we carry can sometimes feel heavy and overwhelming. In our sessions, I listen with care and create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself and feel truly heard. Guided by your unique needs, our work together may include mindfulness practices, strengths-based approaches, Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
