I believe that we are all looking to be our most authentic and intentional selves. I am person centered, which means, you will dictate what we discus in therapy and were you find your own healing. As a clinician my role is to be a witness as you work to make fulfilling changes in your life.
Relearning to connect and experience life in a safer version of our physical body allows for us to also change the ways that we perceive ourselves in our environment. We can rebuild and learn to create safety in ourselves that allows us to heal and better connect with others in the relationships that we want to have.
