I am far from a “blank slate” therapist! You deserve more out of session than head nods and blank stares. I’ve been in the field for over 12 years and have worked in outpatient, medical, and correctional settings. My therapeutic approach is strength-based and client-centered. I use evidence-based treatment modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
