My name is Alex! I have been practicing Social Work since March 2014. I have a history of working with children, adolescents and young adults. I provide virtual therapy sessions to clients. I strive to help my clients feel encouraged and empowered. I work with clients to process their thoughts and emotions, create attainable goals and guide them through difficult times. I am currently accepting new clients and have evenings and weekend availability,

My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My therapy sessions always include respect, empathy, and honesty. I actively listen and communicate effectively with my clients.
