Welcome to RHS, I hold a Master of Social Work Degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. I specialize in Sex and Relationship Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, and a wide variety of mindfulness-based holistic clinical approaches. I am currently being supervised by Jodi Silverman LCSW, Dr. Estefanía Simich Muñoz, PhD, LCPC, CST, CST-S, and Patricia Rich LCSW, CST-S, CST. I work with women, men, 2SLGBTQ+, survivors of abuse, folks with HIV/AIDS, in the Kink/BDSM lifestyle, folks struggling with sexual function issues, and those in relationships struggling to build intimacy.

My mission is to guide the self-healing journey. To help you fill your heart with love and your life with pleasure. I am deeply passionate about sex, relationships, and fostering meaningful conversations to bring people closer to their individual self, partner(s), and groups. I wholeheartedly support people in their deep reflection and healing.

Somatic-Based Group Therapy For Finding Healing & Empowerment. In this group participants with learn and explore multiple mindfulness techniques with an emphasis on breath work, somatic, and meditative practices. Participants will explore the following, healthy relationships, emotional intimacy, sexuality, sexual function, face the shadow/explore your parts (internal family systems), around sexuality and relationships, connection, and SOO much more. The group will co-create a group agreement to foster a supportive, safe, and respectful space with one another.
