I look forward to hearing from you soon! My approach to care is trauma-informed and person-centered. This means that I am more focused on "what happened", not "what is wrong with you". Everyone has layers, there is more to YOU than just the symptoms you are currently experiencing and/or the events that you have been through in your life.
I am a proud Biracial woman, and it is my privilege to focus on supporting clients of all backgrounds. Although I have experience in the areas below, I believe that we are all unique individuals, and so are our experiences. Therefore, you are the expert in your own story.
I'm currently booking new clients through Bloom Mental Health Services, a licensed outpatient mental health product of JADE Wellness Center. I see patients virtually several days during the week!
