Every time I look through this site, I am struck by the sheer number of available clinicians. With so many wonderful choices, it is challenging to choose the right person, and I am grateful you selected my profile in consideration. I have worked in mental health since 2017, and I have supported clients heal through inpatient and outpatient services. I have worked with adolescents, adults and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, life transitions, and many more. If you are looking for a counselor who supports you in becoming a healthier version of you, then I'm grateful to be considered.
I utilize an integrative approach, which means that I pull in resources from many sources, where I tailor each session to the needs of the client. I am a firm believer that you are in the driver's seat of your life, and I am here to provide tools, support and resources to help you on your journey to finding yourself and becoming the fullest version of you.
