I am a Doctor in Traumatology and a LPC. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing or EMDR, Exposure Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, CBT, Crisis Intervention, crisis, and Victim/Witness advocation. I also hold certifications as a Holistic & Integrative Wellness Practitioner & a Certified Somatic Mind-Body Healing Practitioner.

For trauma, I can help by utilizing EMDR & PE therapy, and this can be used on most other mental health issues also. I will work with you for several sessions utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and experimental therapy techniques. We may include other empirical therapies, which we could discuss. Most patients see gradual lifting of symptoms within a month and consistent improvement thereafter.
