I have a passion for supporting adults, teens, and couples through healing trauma, navigating transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs.

I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) with trauma-informed approaches, to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and create change. I am also an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider and Adoption-Competency Certified.
