I draw from approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support your healing.
When you’re ready, we can talk through your symptoms, and I’ll share some approaches I may use to support you, always based on what you want to focus on. If there are several things going on, that’s okay. We don’t have to tackle everything at once, but we can work through each piece over time, moving toward your goals one step at a time.
