As your therapist, my goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. I believe our life experiences shape how we see the world, but sometimes those beliefs no longer serve us. When we struggle to adapt, we can find ourselves stuck in patterns of self-doubt, anxiety, and negative thoughts that make it difficult to move forward. I love being part of the journey when my clients discover new ways of thinking and experience real change.

I have worked with individuals from all walks of life, helping them develop coping skills to manage anxiety, shift negative thought patterns, and handle stress more effectively. My areas of expertise include EMDR, CBT, and DBT.

I also enjoy working with parents who are struggling with their child's behaviors. I have experience using behavioral intervention strategies with both neurodivergent and neurotypical children, including those with autism.
