My ideal client is a young female in their 20s. She might be struggling with relational concerns (intimate, social, or familial). She might also be struggling to navigate her career after graduating from college. She is trying to figure out who she wants to be in this crazy world. She is most likely struggling with some mild depression and anxiety. She has achievable goals but needs to know how to get where she wants to be. She wants to feel more fulfilled and happier in her everyday life. She wants to be her best self!
I can help this young woman by utilizing skills that are helpful for both depression and anxiety. I can use career-coaching skills to help her decide where she wants to go. We can write down S.M.A.R.T. goals together and come up with actionable steps. I will be empathetic and comforting and allow her to express herself fully.
