Welcome! I provide individual therapy to adults who are experiencing difficulties including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, isolation, low self-esteem, medical issues, work/life balance, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship issues. I specialize in working with women, college students, and healthcare professionals. I help individuals who may feel stuck in their life, have trouble identifying or understanding their emotions, or are struggling with chronic or situational stressors. My clients often want to improve their functioning, feel better, and experience genuine relationships.
I work to create a safe and nonjudgmental space. I use evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy to offer healthy ways of managing emotions and stressors. My approach in therapy is tailored to meet each client’s individual needs and goals and takes into consideration the impact of the sociocultural context.
