As a Neuro-Divergent therapist, my goal is by building trust and providing guidance and empathy, we will work together to conquer, defeat, and understand the challenges that are preventing your ability to live the life you deserve. I hold over 10 years of experience helping individuals manage their ADHD symptoms, anxiety, mood disorders, family and relationship conflicts, depression, processing their trauma, and co-dependency. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider. I use a variety of different modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered, Family Systems/ Relational therapy, Solution-Focused, Attachment-Based, ADHD focused approaches. I provide a safe and supportive environment that welcomes and supports our neurodivergent community.
ADHD is often misunderstood and can carry a significant amount of stigma. As a therapist, I am committed to challenging these stigmas and promoting a more empathetic and understanding perspective on ADHD. I am passionate about helping individuals thrive in a world that may not always understand their neurodivergent experiences.
