I have a special interest in working with people who identify as highly sensitive, and with people who are struggling to find belonging. Having moved to Seattle from Australia myself, I bring thoughtfulness and compassion to the process of understanding challenges related to relocation, cultural adjustments and life transitions.

My practice is grounded in contemporary psychoanalytic theory and humanist philosophy. These approaches guide us towards a deeper understanding of yourself and the worlds that shape you, helping us examine the barriers to an authentic and fulfilling life. I look forward to working with you.
