I am a cat-loving therapist, who enjoys playing tennis, being outside, and meeting new people. I have been a therapist since 2013 and have a passion for helping people reclaim their lives after the trauma. I use a collaborative approach and address modalities to client needs. I am trained in EMDR which can be helpful to a lot of clients.
The ideal client would be someone who is open and willing to embrace therapy and themselves. Therapy is a ride, and I want to be the passenger in their car helping them navigate the changes they are wanting to make.
Why I wanted to be a therapist has changed a few times over the years. It started when I was in 5th grade and I wanted to work with children who did not have families. Now my passion is to help people who have experienced trauma or have anxiety.
