Welcome! I work with adults who are experiencing overwhelm, self-criticism, and high-functioning anxiety as they navigate their daily lives. You might care so much about your relationships, career, or other responsibilities that you forget about your own needs, leading you to feel stuck, dissatisfied, or confused about your own identity in your life and relationships. Experiencing life transitions or stress may even bring these symptoms to the surface. Whether these are familiar experiences or you're navigating other challenges, I hope to offer a warm and compassionate space that is centered around you.

If you want to better understand the source of your concerns or explore your sense of self, my approach may be of interest. In our work together, we will process your experiences while gently noticing the feelings that come up in our therapy space. We will notice recurring patterns in your life and uncover parts of you that are asking for your attention.
