Often, this means looking at painful memories and parts of ourselves that we do not like. When we take a meaningful and open look at our life, it is possible to work through the traumas of our development and find a new relationship to our intuition that guides us.
Although it can take effort to embrace the shadow sides of our existence and accept the pain in our life, the result is a vulnerability infused with the experience of a grateful flow. My goal is to facilitate an individual’s growth toward becoming a balanced, healthy, and integrated individual responsible for, and connected to, their life experience.
