If you are feeling stuck in your life or simply feel like you have lost your way, therapy can help. I work with individuals, couples and families who need help with anxiety, depression, disconnection in relationships, or every day challenges that need support and guidance. I am dedicated to helping people with stressors in all aspects of their relationships. As a Certified Imago Therapist, it is my passion to help people reconnect by teaching effective communication skills. When relationships are not connected, it can feel like everything is crumbling. If couples are willing to work at it, they can become more connected to each other.
I am also an EMDR therapist. This modality can heal PTSD and treat intrusive memories, low self esteem, depression and recurring negative patterns. EMDR can free an individual from debilitating fears and move forward in life. It is a form of desensitization therapy to help people get unstuck from the negative impact of the past.
I provide warm, respectful counseling in a safe environment for both individuals and couples. I'm the expert in mental health, but you're the expert on yourself. I work as a team with my clients. Together we come up with a plan that fits you as the unique individual that you are.
