I am a trauma-informed therapist who is passionate about helping folks dealing with disordered eating, trauma, anxiety, and/or depression to heal their relationships to themselves, to others, and their bodies. Have you wondered what it would feel like to embrace your full self? Have you feared what others would think if you lived authentically? I aim to create a compassionate space for clients to feel seen and understood through exploring their authentic self and unlearning societal beliefs that they want to release in order to build a life that best suits them.
My approach is empathetic, inquisitive, and relationship-based, with a good dose of humor mixed in. Clients have told me that I provide a comfortable experience that allows them to explore and better understand who they are. I am also trained in the Anchored Relational (aka AIR Network) Model for helping those dealing with the effects of complex trauma.
