Specializing in eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma, my practice is built on the belief that everyone already has within them the resources to heal, grow, and thrive. I use evidence-based interventions – primarily a therapy called Internal Family Systems (IFS) – to help people tap into that innate wisdom. With my guidance, clients heal themselves.
