Working with teenagers means understanding one of the most challenging and transformative stages of life. The adolescent years are often filled with emotional highs and lows, shifting identities, and increasing pressures. As a parent, it can be difficult to know how to connect with your teen or how best to support them when they’re struggling.
Over the past six years, I’ve worked closely with adolescents ages 12–19 in a school setting. During that time, I’ve seen firsthand how much support teens truly need—and how often they face challenges that families may not feel fully equipped to navigate alone.
Common concerns I help teens with include anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts and self-harm, grief and trauma, social and digital pressures, and family dynamics. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where teens feel heard and empowered. I also work collaboratively with families to help create healthier communication and stronger relationships.
In addition to working with teens, I support adults navigating life’s difficult transitions.
