I work with a variety of people that are looking to grow and heal. While I work with a variety of issues and needs, most commonly worked with those who have experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. The clients that I see are usually seeking answers, healing, guidance, and some sort of relief from what is troubling them.
I am a strong believer that the style of therapy and the therapist have to be a good fit for you as the client, otherwise therapy may not be as successful as wanted. I work with individuals and families, from ages 6 and older. I have worked a lot with trauma and am certified in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
