I work with couples in crisis and individuals facing depression, life transitions, and/or other life challenges. I understand that finding a therapist can feel daunting so I offer an initial, free twenty minute phone consultation. This can help you decide if I may be a good fit for you at this time. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Relational Life Method Therapist, and an Advanced Trained Gottman Counselor, we'll work side by side to move from gridlock or pain towards more genuine connection and joy. I have helped hundreds of clients in the past decade. I look forward to connecting!

By the time couples come to my door, they often are trying their 3rd or 4th therapist. My approach tends to be more comprehensive as sessions are 90 minutes or two hours in length.

Finding Your Feet and Thriving During the Pandemic

What times we suddenly have been thrust into! "Don't let things that are out of control control you." This online group will be limited to eight adults and meet once a week for 90 minutes. I will also offer an additional 30 minute drop-in time for anyone needing an additional check-in. Group will focus on amazing self-care and positive, group support to navigate the challenges and feelings you may be having. Please feel free to contact me with questions. An online individual meeting required first before joining to ensure this group is the right fit.
