Feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that don’t make sense?
Many QT/BIPOC and immigrant clients experience anxiety or depression rooted in trauma and chronic stress.
As a Queer, BIPoC, immigrant therapist, I offer a supportive and affirming space for QT/BIPoC folks and immigrants seeking relief, healing, and reconnection. I work with complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ concerns, and internalized oppression. I believe healing happens when we honor both our personal histories and our ancestral roots, creating space for compassion, meaning, and resilience.
I offer trauma-informed therapy grounded in liberation psychology. I am Level 1 & 2 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a gentle approach that supports healing from lived experiences. My style is warm, relational, and collaborative, with supportive boundaries. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
As a Venezuelan immigrant and woman of color, I bring lived experience to my work and understand how identity, culture, and systemic oppression affect mental health. I hope to support you in feeling seen, empowered, and less alone. I welcome you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
