I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I earned a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University, Los Angeles. Additionally, I completed the Enlaces program, which emphasizes providing culturally sensitive care to the Latino population. In my practice, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life transitions and managing anxiety disorders.
My therapy style is primarily patient-centered, rooted in the belief of meeting patients where they are. I incorporate a variety of theoretical practices to meet the unique needs of each patient. The most common modalities I utilize include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, emotion-focused therapy, and client-centered therapy.
