I use a multifaceted, client-centered counseling approach that is tailored to individuals’ specific needs, unique personalities, and current situations. Together we will identify barriers to growth, explore inner dialogue, rewrite core beliefs, and process emotions and life experiences.
I help clients build insight and reconnect with their inner strengths in order to feel more capable of navigating life’s challenges with confidence. Through this process, many people find healing, improve relationships with others, and renew their sense of peace and agency in their lives.
