I graduated with a BS in Human Development and Family Science in 2015 and completed my MSW in 2019. I began working as a therapist specializing in working with children and teens who had experienced trauma, often alongside their parents and guardians, to promote healing and change in themselves and within their family systems.
I specialize in trauma work, attachment/relationships, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions/experiences. I work with youth, individual adults and couples. My therapeutic approach is to meet my clients where they are in each moment, with a person-centered and strengths-based view.
I seek to provide a safe and affirming therapeutic experience, with respect towards all cultures and identities. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), and the Gottman Method to inform my approaches.
