I offer an integrative, trauma-informed approach grounded in extensive training in DBT (including adolescent and family models), EMDR, and emotion regulation. I specialize in trauma recovery and work with LGBTQ+ clients, including those navigating gender identity. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
