I specialize in addressing Faith, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief, ADHD, Self-Esteem, Body Image, Health, Finances, Family issues, and more.
My goal is to guide clients to a healthier life, teach helpful skills, and get clients to where they no longer need me. I have the heart of a teacher and a passion to fill the gap of skills, mindsets, and faith based knowledge, that many of us did not learn.
