Adolescent DBT Skills Group
The Adolescent DBT Skills Group generally range in size from 4-8 individuals who meet once weekly. Group members are taught DBT skills using a manualized treatment protocol. This includes the following modules: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance. The Adolescent DBT Skills Group also includes an additional module, Walking the Middle Path, that teaches skills relevant to the parent-adolescent relationship.
Tween DBT Skills Group
The Tween DBT Skills Group generally range in size from 4-8 individuals who meet once weekly. Group members are taught DBT skills using a manualized treatment protocol.
