Hi there! I'm Alex. I have 15 years of experience working with a variety of individuals who are trying to cope with a number of stressors and challenges. My approach is down to earth, trauma-informed, and solution-focused. Many of my clients are seeking relief from caregiving stressors, worries, lack of enjoyment in their lives, lack of confidence, unhappy relationships, family conflict, trauma, poor body image, attentional difficulties, grief, hopelessness, and/or difficulties with substance use.
I frequently work with those looking for support in coping with a loved one. I also have experience treating those who are professionals themselves in the military, medical, and mental health communities. Additionally, I provide clinical supervision for
therapists working toward full licensure.
