I am Alexandra Moran, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience in the mental health and substance use field. I am passionate about working with individuals who have a history of trauma and exploring how that trauma has shaped their beliefs about themselves and their relationships. I also specialize in helping people manage addiction, anxiety, depression, anger, and relationship challenges.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and have spent much of my career supporting individuals who turned to substance use as a way of coping with their mental health symptoms. I utilize EMDR, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy in my practice.
