I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist in private practice with over twenty years of clinical experience. My background and experience is wide-ranging. I have worked at New York University (NY, Shanghai, Berlin, Florence, Paris), nonprofits and public health. Extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT for Psychosis, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction/Relapse Prevention, Harm Reduction, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Nature Informed Therapy, Voice Dialogue.

My aim is to help patients identify underlying patterns, beliefs, and emotions that influence behavior and well-being; develop greater self-awareness; build on strengths and values; identify goals and strategies for change; develop coping skills.
