NEW virtual groups available! We have an open ongoing Single Womens Dating Group for ages 32-42 and an 8 week Skills-Based Mindfulness group. We offer Letters of Support for Gender Transitioning. Our practice specializies in working with trauma, complex trauma, dissociation and personality disorders. Utilizing an integrative approach with CBT, DBT, Mentalization, Mindfulness, Radical Openness, sensorimotor, EMDR and structural dissociation. I offer low fee sessions ($50) with MHC Clinical Residents under my supervision. All Residents are supervised in utilizing evidence based practices such as DBT and other interventions.
Alexandra helps clients work towards specific goals through consistent work inside and outside of therapy sessions. She strongly believes that bringing psychoeducation to her clients is the first step to helping them relieve troublesome symptoms and take control of their lives in a positive manner. Go beyond manageing symptoms and start to heal.
Currently offering teletherapy only. Please reach out for a consultation or to schedule an appointment with me or one of my clinical interns.
