I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona and earned a Masters of Advanced Studies in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). In addition, I utilize mindfulness, art therapy, and play therapy.
