As a Certified Emotionally Focused (EFT) Therapist and Supervisor, I help adults and couples regulate tough emotions, grow resilience, and experience deep relationship repair. My style is both gentle and precise, working with intentionality and focus to help my clients get success in the hard places, and develop new solutions to old problems.
