I enjoy being able to help others on their journey of healing and growth. I have experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and CBAT settings. I have had the pleasure of assisting others in managing anxiety, depression, substance use, behavioral challenges, difficult transitions, interpersonal relationships, and much more! I use a variety of therapeutic modalities based on individual needs in order to guide others towards achieving peace within their lives.
My goal is to provide a safe environment to explore lifetime and daily challenges. I utilize a strengths based approach to process and overcome these challenges. My main focuses are behavior modification, coping skill development, self care, and to improve overall quality of life.
I look forward to working with you. Please feel free to call or email me to schedule an appointment.
