There are times in life when our struggles seem unbearable and overwhelming to deal with on our own. Therapy can be a wonderful resource to help unpack those heavy emotions and navigate the difficult times. As a trained therapist, I am here to guide and support you through those difficult times. My goal is to help you gain insight and a new perspective on your current circumstances, as well as help create effective coping skills. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to become the best version of themselves.
I believe every client is unique and should be approached on an individual basis. I offer an eclectic approach to ensure I address individual needs. Since one theory does not fit all, I utilize multiple tools from different therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral, schema therapy, and person-centered.
I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you as an empathetic partner.
